Who you’re buying from

The Just-in-Case Kit is sold by its makers. By buying, you agree to these terms.

What you get

A digital product: a fillable PDF binder, a Google Sheets account map, a Notion version, a 12-page guide and a custom checklist from a short quiz. Nothing physical is shipped.

Delivery and the founding price

The kit is a digital download. Your download page opens right after checkout; we’ll resend the link on request. The founding price of $19 applies to purchases through November 30; from December 1 the price is $29.

Refunds

Email us within 30 days of receiving the kit for a full refund. You don’t need to give a reason.

How you can use it

The kit is for you and your household. You can make as many copies as your family needs. Please don’t resell it, share it publicly or pass it off as your own.

What the kit is not

The kit is an organizer. It isn’t legal, financial, tax or medical advice, and it doesn’t create a will, trust, power of attorney or healthcare directive. For those, consult a licensed attorney in your state.

Keeping it safe

You decide what to write in the kit and where to keep it. The guide suggests options, but keeping your copy secure is up to you.

Limits

The kit is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about the kit is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in place when you bought applies to your purchase.
